She is also a Guild Certified Feldenkrais© practitioner.

Jenna earned her Baccalaureate Degree in Child Development from the State University of New York in Stoney Brook. She received her Master’s from Nova University in 1991. Jenna operated a Child Care Center in Palm Bay for fifteen years before beginning her studies at the Space Coast Massage School in 1996.

For the past fifteen years she has studied and practiced extensively in Cranial Sacral Therapy and Neurovascular Integration, developing extraordinary palpation and listening skills while building a large, loyal, loving clientele in the process. It has been the past six years that she has been training in the Feldenkrais method that things have turned full circle, with her practice leaning heavily towards teaching movement lessons to children. Jenna, with hubby of 25 years, Carl, and their prized kitty Sasha make a beautiful home in Rockledge.

Henry Tobelmann graduated from the Pennsylvania State University’s College of Health and Human Development in 1980. He received his primary licensure training at the Florida School of Massage. There he was exposed to body centered strategies founded in principles of mindfulness and awareness facilitation. It was at this Gainesville based school that he honed his skill in Connective Tissue Therapy that became his trademark. An advocate of lifelong learning, he has trained extensively in myofascial therapy, CORE Structural Bodywork, and the Mattes Method flexibility and strength protocols.

Achievement oriented students, competitive athletes, performing artists, and generally highly motivated individuals are frequently attracted to Henry’s innovative wellness models and his structural approach to bodywork. While most of Henry’s practice involves strategies to promote awareness, achieve peak performance, and or gain a competitive edge, he also works with a steady population of referrals suffering from the effects of stress, chronic or acute pain syndromes, or from sports and motor vehicle accident injuries.

These days Henry fully appreciates being in the flow of life, revolving as it does around the adventures of his ten year old sons Benjamin and Spencer.

Lisa graduated from Russell Sage College with her physical therapy degree in 1983. In 29 years of practice, she has worked in almost every conceivable physical therapy setting.

Pediatric and adult outpatient care is the area that Lisa is most interested in, and where she has accumulated most of her clinical experience. In terms of pediatrics, her approach is eclectic, but rooted in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (Neurodevelopmental intervention constantly assesses the child, analyzing the response and changing the handling to modify the response from the child). In terms of adult treatment, her preferred manual therapy techniques are those which are most comfortable and use the body’s own healing abilities to correct imbalances caused by illness, injury, overuse, or stress.

Lisa has advanced training in Dr. Lawrence Jones’ Strain Counterstrain Technique (positional release). More recently, she has studied Neurovascular Integration, a very gentle but powerful form of bodywork which aims to balance the Autonomic (involuntary, self-regulating) Nervous System by quieting its Sympathetic (fight or flight) Division so that the soothing, Parasympathetic (rest and digest) Branch can kick in to promote relaxation and healing. When our nervous system is relaxed, our muscles can relax. We can digest better, think clearer, sleep better, and our immune system can work better.

Trevor T. Nimmons, D.O. is board certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Family Practice. His unique medical practice utilizes hands-on diagnosis and traditional Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM).
